How quick do you ship? And what shipping companies do you use?

We generally ship within 10 business but know some custom 3D printed items may take up to 12 business days or longer. We print items as they are ordered in the order they are purchased. Tracking is available for all shipments. We encourage you to sign up for tracking updates at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction were you can get updates via email or text for USPS. For UPS you can sign up for updates at https://www.ups.com/track we use USPS and UPS to ship.

Is the item pictured in a listing the exact piece I get?

Items will not be the same exact thing unless stated in the listing.

Why is the color different on my 3D printed item?

Product Color May Slightly Vary Due to Photographic Lighting Sources or Your Monitor Settings. 

Why have I seen your exact same pictures on another website?

We own the www.mtpetemporium.com and use some of the same pictures of 3D printed items for listings on our website. 

Returns? Refunds? Exchanges?

Returns are not accepted. We do not offer exchanges. If there is a problem please let me know.
